Know who's coming. Pay one booking fee.
Checked helpers, recommended by past employers who'd hire them again. You pay us once, when you book. Your helper's pay goes straight to them.
No monthly fees, even for ongoing work.
What your booking fee pays for
The hard part of finding help is knowing who you can trust. That's the part we do.
Checked by us
We look at every helper ourselves before they're listed. Not everyone gets in.
Real references
Past employers confirm the dates, the work and whether they'd hire again.
A calendar you can trust
Helpers keep their days up to date, so you only see who's free.
Help if plans change
If your helper cancels, your fee comes back as credit.
A record that grows
Every booking counts as confirmed work on your helper's profile.
No cut of anyone's pay
We're not an agency. Every rand you pay your helper is theirs.
Booking the same helper again
Your regular helper is someone you booked for ongoing work through us. Booking them again costs less, or nothing at all.
If it isn't the right fit
Regular help is a bigger decision. If it doesn't work out, you're not on your own.
Tell us within the first 2 weeks
If regular work isn't the right fit, tell us within 2 weeks of it starting. The whole fee comes back as credit. After that, we look at every case ourselves.
If something goes wrong
- They cancel: your fee comes back as credit.
- They don't turn up: we refund your fee and follow it up. Helpers who let households down aren't listed.
- Regular work isn't the right fit: tell us within the first 2 weeks and the whole fee comes back as credit.
The full details are in our Terms.
