Hand-picked, in person

- We go through every helper on Hermanus Helpers who suits what you need and is free for your dates.
- We meet each one in person before she goes on your list.
- Up to 3 helpers within 5 working days, each with a link to her profile and a note: why she suits you, what her references say, what we noticed when we met.
- A second call or message to help you choose.
- Any kind of help:
- A full-time nanny
- An au pair for the school run
- A babysitter for your December stay
- A carer for a parent
On top of the usual booking fee when you book someone. The helper's pay is agreed between you and her, as always. We never take a cut of it.

A WhatsApp message to start. If we can help, you pay the fee and we set up a video call: the days, the ages, the languages, anything that matters to you.
We meet the helpers who suit you
In person. Then we send you up to 3, within 5 working days, each with a note on why she suits you.
You choose and book
Meet her yourself if you like, then book her on Hermanus Helpers like anyone else. The rate, hours and any contract are between you and her.
If nobody suits you right now
We keep looking. Your shortlist stays open, and we tell you the moment someone who does joins. New helpers join every day.
